1. What differentiates Jessica Nordhoff Coaching Consulting Training from other German-speaking training and consulting companies?

Jessica Nordhoff Coaching Consulting Training is an international training and consulting company that specializes in certain industries, topics, and countries.

2. Where does the core competence of your company lie?

The core competencies of our employees and strategic alliance partners lie in the design and execution of international training, coaching and consulting concepts in the selected countries and groups of countries within Central and Eastern Europe and China.

3. There is an ever increasing number of training and consulting companies that address the demands of the international markets.

Apart from industry and topic specializations, what differentiates your company from the competition?
We follow the international market developments of our customers very systematically. We see the necessity of operating where the customer is located.
That is why we are currently setting up three locations in Central and Eastern Europe, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
We are convinced that the international success of our customers can only be realized through sensitization and targeted employee coaching and training. For this reason, all of our coaching, consulting and training courses are based on a special consideration of inter-cultural components.

4. How did the idea for the foundation and specialization of the company arise?

I was a member of the project management team of an international and interdisciplinary EU training project for engineers and scientists that was coordinated by the faculty for mechanical engineering at the renowned RWTH- Aachen. Here, I personally acquired experience in exposure to the target group of our enterprise.
Small and mid-sized companies, which have recognized that their human capital is the key to international success, will trust us and gladly purchase our services.

5. What qualifications do your trainers, coaches and consultants have?

Our trainers, consultants and coaches combine new and old values together. They possess very good academic, international and interdisciplinary educations. They mostly come from the same sectors as our customers and possess management experience of many years in international surroundings.
That secures a basic understanding of company goals and strategies of small and mid-sized technology companies, creates trust and guarantees a mid-term and long-term return on investment.

6. Why did you give the company your name?

Many traditional German family companies carry the family name and we are in keeping with this tradition. In our opinion, the formation of trust and transparency is the most important factor in winning customers. We bring old and new values together in harmony. Create relationships between people and thus between companies that are interested in, or already active in, international activities.
Because of the complexity of the internal structure within major companies, it is often very difficult to reach company leadership as the direct contact partner.
We would like to grant our customers the opportunity to establish direct contact with our executives.
